What Should I Expect?

The first step in receiving counseling care for you or a loved one is to call our office to schedule an appointment.  A caring and compassionate staff member will assist you in the process and help to schedule you with one of our counselors.  Our experienced staff and professional counselors are always confidential.  You will be treated with dignity and respect and provided with the highest standard of care.  Our counselors will work with you at your own pace to help you to establish and reach your personal counseling goals.

  • When you call you will need to give basic information to schedule the appointment

  • New Client Forms may be filled out prior to your appointment

  • Appointments are one hour in length with a licensed professional counselor

  • We can provide counseling in Spanish

  • We can provide faith-based counseling

What Do I Need For My First Visit?

Please bring your insurance card, social security number, driver’s license or valid State I.D., and New Client Forms upon your first visit.

If there are custody papers involved with a minor, and you are the parent or guardian, please bring legal documentation.
